Hey Spaceboy, how does IBR deal with lipids?

Hey Spaceboy, how does IBR deal with lipids? After all, plenty of food waste is covered with it - olive oil, butter, palm oil to name a few. If I'm not mistaken, lipids cannot be broken down using aerobic digestion. That means that they have to be done anerobicly. Now, if this is the case, and as your post states that anerobic digestion takes thirty (30) days to complete, then how does IBR complete this process in the seven day time span as advertised? And furthermore, if they only process the stuff in twenty-five (25%) percent of the time you stated previously, then how on earth can they end up with a stable end product? Now, answer that one or get off this board. Whiteguy
