This was a PRIVATE sale offered to the company that picked up $3,000,000 worth in shares middle of December. This was not a public deal and doesnt reflect a negative at all whatsoever?????? Sorry you didnt understand and sold some of your shares. What this press release means is that the company and the buyers expect the share price to rip through the roof! How could you not interpret this as such.
