Tdroopy, was this resolved in a favorable manor, for Apollo that is? https://www.mndm.gov.on.ca/mndm/mines/lands/withreop/orders2006/wl71-06_e.asp St Andrew can have claim (Apollo’s old claim numbers) 1113087 (Froome lake claim) and 1115059 (1115058 per MDA tech report) but I’m pretty confident Apollo would like to keep 1048333 (base metal zone) and 1048334 (immediately south of and congruent to 1048333, or is that to the left and around the corner, just past Starbucks, us Yanks are easily confused). Claim 1048335 isn’t half bad either, Apollo can use it for….oh I don’t know….maybe the plant site! I made this point back in November, if Apollo was in the least bit interested in having St Andrew come along for the ride as an equity partner, SAS would have participated in the November offerings. Now we have this convertible debenture crap and SAS was left out yet again. Bad blood all around. Try to deduce (that means THINK!) what Dave needs that 8 million for, so urgently that is. Fighting a hostile takeover is expensive, just ask Aurizon. Or does SRK now (since Sept. 06) need more mojo (that’s money) to redesign the BK operation because of the loss of these needed claims. Or is the wine really good in Europe and Dave and Glenn need the dough (that’s money, in Yankee speak) to get there.
