Given the various dissapointment of 2006 - at minimum Mgmt has demonstrated a sense of urgency in maintaining Capital and reducing loses.
From a $1.5 Million loss in 2005 to an $11000 (Thousands NOT million) loss in 2006.
Do the math and maybe you come up with a net improvement of roughly $1.489 Millions.
Bottom line in terms of development indeed 2006 was obviously not their greatest year (we already knew that would be the case) ! On the positive side, they've demonstrated they took cash flow safeguarding seriously, so let's move forward !
