Sweet deal indeed

Sweet deal indeedThat Horcon deal falls right in line with our other acquisitions, the majority of payment falls at the back end of the contract, but this one has a NSR. Great negotiating...the NSR is capped AND can be bought back for the capped price. We haven't been involved in a bad deal yet. As far as the phone ringing with interested parties looking at our properties...already happening. With just the surface sampling that Craig has accomplished, it has brought in a number of field tours looking to join in on the action. One thing I like about Karl is his willingness to wait till info is fact before doing an NR. There's alot going on behind the scene that alot of others would be pumping without confirmation, not Exmin. Management wants the facts to run the share price, and there is going to be factual news spilling out all year. I can see exactly why Roulston considers EXM to be a top performer for results in the near future, and I agree totally with his view, in regards to the business model, that these are the best risk to reward companies to follow.
