pennypicker4 Chuck Fipkes claims in Brazil are under a numbered Co. McDonald and Chuck are involved in a number of projects. It may be that CSX and the numbered co. are the same or may evolve to it. I have heard of no other claims in this deal. IMHO. Cheers Wilf
