Question News Release 11 MayFrom the news release, Iciena is to issue 5,000,000 shares each to AGX and Mineradora. Are these shares going to be a new issue which will create further dillution? If they receive 5,000,000 shares for all their work, thats only $500,000 at $.10/share. Surely they expect to get more than 1/2 million for their effort. Any thoughts?
