scissor hole news BEFORE lab?

Shouldn't we get news of the length of massive sulphides intercepted, before they ship them off to the lab? That would certainly be "Material" information, that they can't sit on. (and make insider trades off of) Remember hole 10's length of massive sulphide was announced a month before the assays, I doubt the Exchange would let them change their method of reporting now. Any thoughts?
