TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

Clifford James must have someone playing a joke on him. Someone bought some shares and is now offering them at .145 just to piss him off ----- or is this how these rich people play around for laughs. The next thing we'll see is that Balabag has a million ounces of gold and it will shoot up to a buck or two. Who da f_ _ _ knows. May as well buy more - wrong or right? Fak
