RE: News/dave

RE: News/dave"for us average joe's not so great then again if there was no one coming in to support us then where will we be?" I don't agree. The fourth largest silver producer in the world, becomes our biggest shareholder and you think that's not a good thing? How is it when a company like Goldcorp goes in and takes a piece of a junior everybodies tripping all over themselves with the news, and you say this shouldn't be looked at the same way. Were in stronger hands than if a institution came in and took a 15% position in our company. You tell me, is it easier to build an empire at the mercy of trying to raise capital on the open market, in a quiet market, or is it easier to do it with a strong partner with deep pockets that's all to willing to support you? I believe that at the very best, trying to raise money any other way would of cost us a full warrant and nobody can say that another 11 mil. warrants added to the structure can be a good thing,(unless your the one getting the cheap warrants). I thought it was a great deal last night, I think it's a fantastic deal this morning. Other companies would kill to get a partnership like this. Great job Exmin. My opinion.
