RE: TA AND CHART FOR SRU

Does TA take into account that there are 310 million fully diluted shares out there and ? reserves to back up the share (any) price? What use is it to talk about cost of mining when no where it is stated how many tons of ore will be mined for how many years. Kind of putting the cart before the horse.
