RE: What''''s the mixup?Question #1 Yes
I think the problem was way back when they didn't have GPS so there was always a possibility for error. If they used theodolite survey then I do believe it was the government who makes the reference points that the surveyors or whoever has to take a shot off to get their bearing in the old days but don't quote me on that. I have no idea what they used back then. Now with GPS and its accuracy, it's pretty hard to screw.
Question #2. MAR map link below which I do believe hasn't been corrected to reflect the new north property line which is out by 100m or so. I do believe they should make a press release to clear this up since the error was on their property. If they don't then I do believe you could say that they are mis-leading the vulnerable investors. I don't think the TSE wouldn't be too happy if an unhappy investor complained about this.

Check out the main zone on the 2KM map and you'll see the north property line which abuts to BTC property. On the .5 KM map there are old holes pre 2007 that MAR has but I couldn't find any old news releases with maps in the releases to track down the pre 2007 holes. So I have no idea what the pre 2007 holes on the North property line has for grade. BTC has move the drill rig near the property line so we'll see what they get when they get it drilled. I'm guess they are drilling south of the hydro line in the 2KM map but that's just a guess.
Like I said before if you compare apples to apples and use the same base line which means go back to when MAR started drilling then so far BTC has better grade but hasn't proven up the resources. If you believe in the guys then it's only a matter of time before they accomplish this and if they can in fact prove up better grades then cha ching.
