The questions are important and the numbers don't lie. The market cap looks too high for current production and/or places too high a present value on reserves which will cost too much to develop relative to their size. There should be a very significant discount to conventional plays with similar reserves but there isn't, not yet. So I think the assets here remain mispriced to the upside. All of the fizz has not yet bubbled off of the oil sands plays imo fwiw=wypfi...
