RE: No sellersYeah, I suspect env canada people are in on it, this suspicion cannot be verified this is what they did before the cg1 regs were registered, they speak with PCB industries and PCB remediation companies and they forecast sales and a bunch of impact economic assessment toward PCB industries and so fourth with Industry Canada, etc all this crud. I tried contacting Env Canada about the regs but no reply yet, I'll try again later this week, maybe it was them that bought up and awaiting for the regs to be registered then cash out, or just arbitrary stockholders who bought up on this stock. Either way the PCB regs are to be registered this year in 2007 as env canada have said. So hard to say why they're no sellers, but that's one possibility that I;ve conceptualized.
