Sustainable Only (re-explaining)Well I have worked with Env Canada and the "department" doesn't buy stocks, but the employees do, a lot of them do buy stocks that are based on regulatory affairs.
You said you worked for a private env company now you work for env canada?
The PCB regulations will increase the cashflow for BEV as BEV specializes in the remediation of PCBS, I hate re-explaining things, but go to these sites:
https://www.mrri.com/
https://www.transcycle.ca/
These facilities if you are not aware, are able to facilitate the destruction of PCB items and not just soil, those facilities are subsidiaries of Bennett Environment.
Your "last point" regarding the NR from BEV to be "accidental," rethink that.
I hope that clears up your confusion, you can pm if you don't follow, let's not bicker over this board because you're having a bad day, okay?
