RE: Selling will continue..Yes and will end when there is a 5% discount to the NAV on a stabilized portfolio. Portfolios could drop in one half for these cos but that is less than 10% proability in my humble view.
PNP has a ways to go. I have not started buying yet but will for sure when I see that magic opp like what occurred with LV.V.
