RE: State Rejects Mine Proposals - August 31
RE: State Rejects Mine Proposals - August 31Tone you read that exactly like any methodical thinking person would, plus you noticed the Late Buying power that started AFTER the news.
To recap, the positive points to mention from this release are:
- **Despite the delay, Wooten said the agency expects to begin approving plans this fall. 'I think the installation will begin immediately thereafter,**
ACT will start seeing Revenue increase dramatically as fall nears, once contracts are finalized and signed. Thats a rather short time frame for any junior at an approx 20million market cap. Especially when you calculate the potential that not only West Virginia brings to the table but the other 27 Coal Mining states.
- 'Some mines have already started.'
Don't quote me on this, but I believe ICG has kept ActiveMine in the Viper Mine where it was initially tested. ACT cannot release news before all is official.
- **The state has since certified a half dozen systems**
ACT is one of the Half Dozen companies certified.
- 'You have to have two-way communications.'
