Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. RE: Buyout ?

Everything sounds great,buyout,partnership,$50 a share.etc.,and I'm looking forward to it all.But tell me,why is the share price so low?At this stage of development and given it's potential you would think it might be closer to $10 than to $0.Soon after I became aware of this stock it went to $9 then shot up to around $13 as I recall. I waited and bought at an average of $2.64 and now it's around $1.50. ?????
