Is there a play on ALZ

Is there a play on ALZCan someone help in Canada? I have noticed a huge negative play on this stock for some months, even to the stage I had serious doubts it woud survive. BUT now when I check buyers against sellers (Limited access from Australia) there appears to be one dominate buyer. Has anyone followed this trend? and if so give a opinion.
