SPDR Portfolio Short Term Treasury ETF T.SST.U

Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

What will Lundin do?

What will Lundin do?Capstone now owns over 20M shares of SST and Lundin owns over 19%. Capstone still has another 3M shares to convert to common at a future date. Capstone is keeping it's ownership under 20% because of the shareholder rights plan. The big question now is whether Lundin wants to keep it's 19M shares in SST as an investment or whether they intend to cash out after the four month wait period? If Lundin decides to dump it's 19M shares on the market it would be very bad short term for SST. Hopefully, they could find some institutions that would take the shares.
