Oakville buses

I was just over at the HGS board to see what's doing over there and earlier in the week there were a few postings about Ontario Transit fitting out buses with Hy-Drive units. In the summer Missisauag were apprently trying them out too. The question is, why isn't DYA submitting its unit as an alternative? Apparently it works better. Or is it too big to fit in the engine bay?
