RE: News Kaz Production Increases 1200 BOPD

RE: News Kaz Production Increases 1200 BOPDAverage daily production should be in excess of 12,500 BOPD currently. With the Saigak field [40% wi] coming in [3500 BOPD gross per 2Q07 MD&A] and retroactive to 1/1/07 it looks like they can exit 2007 producing around 15000-16,000 BOPD. It's also looking more likely they could hit their 2008 18,000-19,000 average daily production projection. 3Q07 #'s should be excellent due to the production increases, higher pricing, and the booking of the large export sale from Kazakhstan of approximately 159,000 barrels being in transit at the 2Q quarter end, with the sale being booked in early July. Arawak is very much flying under the market's radar screens at this point.
