No matter how one looks at it

No matter how one looks at itTYS shareholders are getting the screw with this offer. I know of at least 100,000 shares between three of us that ML will not get at .113 of a 8.84 ML share price. Jan 25 2005 TYS traded for 2.18 and have more potential now then then.... so... ML stand in line. Even if us TYS shareholders got 1/2 of a ML share... you would still be getting a deal........................PLUS... I cannot see Joseph S with his over 2 million shares at 1.00 ever go for this deal. I doubt he will sell us out under 2.00 a share. GP
