Hello FIFOkid2 In principle your concern is valid. However, in the press release it mentioned some "resale restrictions". It is difficult to see if these conditions would allow the PP buyers to do a quick flip and sell those shares and keep the warrants. If I were CGP I would make sure those conditions are such that they would have to hold them for a certain reasonable duration (say one year or so) to allow the share price to grow pass the $1.10 threshold to trigger the company a chance to buy back and cancel those warrants. Interesting game. My bet is CGP should be able to buy them back. Just a hunch. Why am I at the CGP BB, you ask? The Leafs folded like a cheap suit (again) in the third period and I just can't watch that nonsense of a team any more. Hope your teams are doing better.
