Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

"..They are standing up for there shareholders... " Yeah, tell me another story! They are standing up for themelf first and formost and the shareholders (the little ones anyway)are just another cashcow to milk. The union members go on strike and the oilworkers protest on the Legislature ground, all feeling they get shortchanged. Just give me a break! Maybe they all should join Westjet, they treat their customers better because they are the owners.
