More dilutions coming sooner than later. no guarantee andy Bitumen can be produced out of PoD1 No guarantee Bitumen price won't drop significantly with too much production on the market. Only select refineries can refine bitumen...too much on the market drives prices down. Share price down to $3.60 after Q3 and hold til xmas
