RE: WHY BUY JUNIOR MINERS (SUCH AS EXMIN)?KD,
You note, "I will truly admit that I am very naive & trusting & not very savvy when it comes to legal matters."
Well, please take notice that many people here are telling you in so many words that you are doing two things here: 1) making your case and your specific complaint public; 2) conducting a campaign to impeach the integrity of at least some of the management team and, in turn, you clearly are (and have said openly) actively seeking to have current and potential shareholders question the soundness of the decision to invest in the company. As many people have told you, #1 is all well and fine. If you have an issue, it is your right under law to have it addressed, but this is not the forum. However, with respect to #2, you are making one hell of a mess for yourself. If you keep up with #2, you will not only possibly destroy your case with #1, but you will in turn, create a new problem for yourself. You have made what could be proven as libelous statements, and you have, without question, conducted a campaign to impeach the integrity of the company. This is an actionable offense.
You mention Jim Puplava in your message. Are you aware of the fact that his brokerage firm sued chat board posters like you that made unsubstantiated statements about him and his firm? It happens. He's within his right. Exmin would be within their right to sue you at this point (and frankly, I'm glad they don't bother with things like this, but you are well within category #2, not #1).
Finally, you list a long list of newsletter writers (Puplava is not a newsletter writer) and you claim the fact that they didn't take to the company after your personal introduction "speaks volumes." Well, I happen to know many of those people and/or subscribe to their services and I can tell you that you don't know what you're are talking about. Two of them happen to like the company quite a bit. Their view is not public so I will not name them. But this is but one more example of how you're making the transition from #1 to #2, moving from the claims you make about your options case to claims you make about the company's prospects as an investment, and you ascribe your views directly into the brains of other people in but one more attempt to impeach the integrity of Exmin.
As I said before, something doesn't pass the "smell test." In America, we use that phrase just as a cute way of saying something isn't right. Most certainly, something isn't right with your posting here. I have a hard time believing you don't see that doing #2 hurts your ability to win #1. As a result, I'm inclined to conclude that #1 isn't why you are here and I question that story. What I do see is that #2 operates in all your posts. Maybe you're just a sophisticated basher? Who knows. But what I do know is that if you do have a legal case with respect to #1, you're doing a good job destroying your ability to successfully obtain remedy to #1 by your actions in #2.
