I agree with you that there's lots to like about this company.
I'm not sure of your exact questions, but assuming you are looking for shares outstanding there are approx 83 mil as per the website.
Regarding financing, look for some financing soon, maybe before the end of the year some where in the millions. As for the terms we'll see.
Too bad the sp isnt better though. But again, it's still very cheap so get on board before it moves.
