NR..further to the great newsFROM THE PR DEPARTMENT NOVEMBER 16TH,2007;
Well the geologists feel we could have a 'supergene oxide & sulphide zone over a porphyry Cu - Mo deposit. The nearest mine of this type being the Bell mine, slightly to the north. Tonnages for these types of systems can be from 30 million tons to the 'super-giant porphryies'...I'm quoting from a mining handbook of "Residually Enriched Deposits".
The grade of .089 Mo was pretty good by the way, higher than the average in the area which is about .07.
Too bad the drilll was so short but there are 5 more holes to come from that program and of course the next program with larger drill starts this week-end. They now have a really good idea of where & what way to drill the next holes.
The possibilities are greater than we had expected because of the presence of gold, silver & zinc so for that I am pleased!
The people & marketing companies that can help with disseminating the news I am now starting to send over to Jim Crawford of Peregrine. One fellow I sent yesterday set up a meeting for when Jim returns from Yellowknife. And by the way I saw in the bulletins yesterday that as well as Eric Friedland personally buying his own stock and then using company money to buy back corporate shares outstanding, the Blussons of ARchon, Stu & Ross, just bot $3 million and $1 million private placements of stock respectively....a pretty good endorsement of the possiblilities of DO 27 I think.
Have a great week-end!
