RE: dead horseThis project will not,repeat, will not, be held up an inordinate amount of time. FCO will be the only mine in North America dedicated to producing cobalt and the last thing that the U.S. Govt. wants is dependency on foreign countries,particularly Russia which is a large producer,for this important and scarce resource.
