4 range - is this capital gains selling?

Not trading down on low volume yesterday and I was wondering if capital gains selling is now in play as many had to wait to sell due to very very nice profit and not wanting to give it to taxes?

Could go lower as the chart appears to be in a downward motion but in my view adding in this range not much just a little as still have my core. If goes lower will add more.

Just my view and could be way wrong.
