RE: CS - OTAs for the stock you mention is it the one that has a gold mill ready to produce? yep that's the one -- they have the Jolu mill. I also like to buy cos about a year before they go into production. Had pretty good luck with that in the past... and the key is also to dump them as soon as the stock starts to come down after the pre-production surge because they seldom maintain their momentum. As far as Rox court decision... seems to me the Newfoundland judges take a whole lot longer for their decisions than anywhere else in the country. In Ontario, an appeals court ruling normally takes about three months. I really wouldn't expect the Newfoundland court to issue a ruling before May (but I've been wrong on those things before too.)
