Thanks for that article, it was almost funny to read. L-3 does not seem to be a serious competitor. I don't see how they could find a "sweet spot" where the waves turn around corners with the frequency fixed at 900 MHz. This relationship is very well defined by a formula from what I remember from my physics class and is dependent on the frequency. Unless they found a way to bend space/time you can't really change it. Too funny...
