The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

try using the word ACCESS... not asses. Asses ... a very poisonous metallic element that has three allotropic forms; arsenic and arsenic compounds are used as herbicides and insecticides and various alloys; found in arsenopyrite and orpiment and realgar.
