He tends to shy away from the more speculative deals, plus he annoys a lot of people by constantly posting warnings about their stocks, so for him to post he agrees with J Taylor's value comments is a good "Stockhouse positive indicator"...lol...
I jumped in here at .57 near Friday's close, breaking thedave's other oft-repeated rule on "chasing" and even worse, grabbing that sharply falling knife on the intra-day chart, a dangerous trading move, even moreso because of its being a Friday...oh well, not my usual style, but I wouldn't do it if it wasn't fun sometimes. Still, I paid only $20 million or so, not a bad price for an impressive property portfolio in a relatively low-cost low-risk jurisdiction: this could easily cap out at $50 to $100 million with some luck in a good market, so I'll probably double down if this drops back to where it was...glta
