warrant redemption /dilution

warrant redemption /dilutionExmin has total control of their company,I would like to think. Surely, they know when their own warrants expire, how many and at what stage of their company's progression and precious metals cycle they will expire into. Exmin had years to prepare for this event. The expiration of 8.67 million warrants exerting pressure on your company's share price is an event that should nolt go unnoticed. 8,670,000 warrant redemption event diluted Exmin shares by 9%. The ability to offset the negative pressures of their own warrant expiration/redemption/dilution with equally positive events/announcements is only in Exmin's control and in the best interests of their own share stabilisation and shareholder interests. Not every investor has the luxury or economic advantage to 'average down' to offset the effects of dilution. Each individual company must prepare for the dilution and offset it to protect their individual shareholders and company. If the individual company has not prepared/anticipated the event/shareholder/dilution you should ask why they have not.
