rumorWhat is the worth of Shoal Point Energy.They the private CO.is putting all the money into this and they own 75%.So why would CQV have more shares then SPE.there maybe a consolidation coming before the deal is done.Too many shares out more sellers than buyers.Something to think about , for every 3 shares you own you may get 1,then SPE gets their 1 million plus .Which would give them around 75% of shares.
