He has a valid point but it appears that he never looked at the link because he would have got his answer from it. That's why I made a point to do a FWIW. Here's a cut and paste of a possible problem when things get busy.

  1. While Accurassay Laboratories will make every effort to maintain the 10-day turnaround, we reserve the right to suspend this guarantee at any time due to excessive sample volumes.  In this case, customers will be contacted as required to determine the appropriate action to be taken.
  2. Maximum daily volumes under this guarantee are limited to 500 samples.
  3. Maximum weekly volumes are limited to 2,000 samples.
  4. Samples received beyond the daily and weekly maximums are excluded from this guarantee.
