Go back and listen again and try harder to comprehend exactly what they are saying here. What they mean is that you cannot take a transplanted kidney and get the same clearance that you can from a normally functioning non-transplanted kidney. They were hoping that they could get to this normal level of clearance but no. It doesn't mean that the kidney isn't functioning well, just not as good as a non-transplanted one. There are several other parameters that are used (by the related physicians, not just ISA) to judge kidney function and they are also looking at those as they have from day one. It's just a little homework but it is easier to comment with no evidence I suppose.
