Uranium Chart

Uranium ChartI have been keeping an eye on that double bottom pullback from the 140.00 / lb high. Sure was hoping the 74.00 a lb would hold but we now have 71.00 . The chart from Jan 2004 suggest a bottom uptrend at 55.00-60.00 presently. All I am saying is if that 70.00 gets breeched, expect more downside on the price of uranium. All the pumping in the world of uranium based stocks will not help if the price of uranium falls further. Keep an eye on a new nucular ETF that began trading yesterday. PKN on the NYSE is a mix of several large companies involved in nucular energy with the base metal stocks being a part of this ETF. So until I see the price of uranium firm up and stop it's fall, I think uranium based stocks could fall farther or at the very least catch a good side movement. Uranium never stopped going up from July 2005 to July 2007 (25.00 to 140 + ) July 2007 to July 2008 is not an unreasonable pullback. I am sure some will keep track of this but nevertheless in my research I am expecting 55-60 in the price of uranium before July.
