RE: Vulnerable Don't you think that Cameco would vigorously oppose any takeover i.e., buy up a few more shares to control the company? I thought that's what they were going to do after they vetoed the shareholder rights plan. Also Ariva  I would think,has some interest  in maintaining the status quo.  JMO
