RE: annual meeting part 2

RE: annual meeting part 2Thanks for the recap of what was discussed and future plans on the property. The game plan sounds solid to me though I am still not a fan of fire assays due to historical problems with them related to the property. The use of total metallic extraction to confirm grade should lessen the erratic results, I hope. In the end I feel the only real answer to grade on the Goldboro, Upper Seal Harbour, anticline will be a bulk sample run through a conventional gravity/CIP circuit, but we all know what opinions are like.

I find it particularly interesting with the comment of possible acquisition of other properties in the area. The Goldboro area hosts 14 former producing mines including those of the Isaac's Harbour anticlinal structure which hosted the historical highest grade in the province. One mine, the Mulgrave, averaged over 2 Oz/ton. This mine was exploited along strike for 1800 feet and to a depth of 400 feet Most of these structures are the classic Meguma narrow vein type with spectacular grades over narrow widths. The exceptions to this are one package on the south limb of the Isaac's harbour middle anticline which is 20 to 25 feet wide. this was mined by open pit for a length of 500 feet and to a depth of 120 feet. Some of the vein structures can be seen in the road cut accessing the Sable gas plant with extensive alteration, veining, sulfides, and visible gold.

There is also the Lower Seal Harbour deposit , which in reality is the eastern extension of the Isaac's Harbour deposits. here the vein structures take on an en echelon or swarm configuration and form mineralized belts up to 40 feet thick. This area was drilled by Scotia prime Resources in 1987 and 1988 with some decent intersections. These deposits come to surface in the area of the Sable gas plant and were exposed when the surface preparation was done.

Overall the greater Goldboro area, an area of about 3 miles square, has historically produced a reported 150,000 ounces from about 850,000 tons of ore at a recovery rate of about 55 to 60%. This does not include gold that was not reported, which I am told happened a lot, nor material "High Graded" out by the miners and tributers.

Cheers All.
Ken
