RE: Happy I sold months ago ..yyz, have you seen the board and employees that have come on board?  You cannot say that this is not going anywhere, the signs are all there.  These guys would not associate themselves with some nickel and dime company.  These guys are top dogs in their professions and last time I checked, top dogs do not jump on board companies that are not going anywhere.
