VRX Completes Integration of New Finance Department
VANCOUVER, B.C. (January 9, 2008) - VRX Worldwide Inc. (TSX-V: VRW) announced today that Wendy Rose will complete her task of bringing all accounting and finance duties in-house by January 31st, 2008 - four months ahead of schedule.

Wendy was brought on board in June 2007 as VRX’s Chief Financial Officer and VP of Operations to hire an internal finance team, bring all accounting and finance duties in-house, and build a scalable financial infrastructure that would support the Company’s growth plans for the next three years. Within two months, Wendy had hired an in-house finance department, increasing the accessibility, timeliness and transparency of VRX’s financial transactions, and over the following months she developed and implemented the tools and financial models that will serve as the backbone of the company’s operations in the years to come. VRX’s new Finance team is now fully equipped and successfully managing the day-to-day finance and accounting needs of the organization. With these tasks completed, Wendy has decided to step down from day-to-day operations at VRX at the end of January to start her own company. A search is now under way for a suitable successor and VRX expects to announce the appointment of a new CFO within the next few months.

Wendy will be offering her extensive business management experience to the high tech industry through her new company, Business Ready, which will provide the fundamental tools and knowledge small businesses need to run effectively. Business Ready will support companies like VRX by transferring knowledge and skills to internal teams, enabling them to run each key area of their business intelligently.
