Tell me why do the big union bosses ALL do what Hargrove now has finally started doing?
And that is start making bargained concessions__but ONLY AFTER the loss of thousands of union membership jobs due to NOT making the needed concessions in prior year negotiations?
Typically only after the employer company is on the verge of their death bed__along with the prior loss of thousands of union membership jobs__ will the big union bosses do the right thing and then pat themselves on the back for a job well done.
I use the analogy of the pine bark beetle in BC__the only thing that will finally cause a halt to the beetle is after they have literally killed off virtually all of their host pine trees in BC__And by then it will be too late and virtually all of the beetles will die from lack of food/home.
Just too bad that the same cycle has to play out on the backs of the ordinary union worker while their big bosses play with fire for too long and let things get out of control.
