RE: smi+swr same management

RE: smi+swr same managementI would say both of them will be granted the permits if available because they are in the same conditions.

Some comparisons between SMI and SWR:

S/O:
SMI: 31 million. fully diluted: 42 million.
SWR: 4.35 million. fully diluted 11.8 million ( while 7.14 of them in escrow, which means these 7.14 may or may not be realized in the future).

Current pp and market capitalizations:
SMI: $0.34, market cap. $14.3 million.
SWR: $0.64, market cap. $7.5 million. (if excluded 7.14 million shares in escrow, they're just $4.6 million).

Personally, I would think SWR might go much higher than SMI. But, currently, the best way is:  Buy both.

Both SMI and SWR  whole shares out. had been already changed last week. As some said a few big investment groups had bought up 3.5 million shares of SWR between $0.6 - $1. last week, I would think some big investment groups might have also bought up big SMI shares last week as its volumes were so big.

Now, let's just see what will happen soon.
