The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. The Company focuses on horizontal drilling and completions applied to conventional formations in the Permian Basin. The Permian Basin is an oil and natural gas producing area located in West Texas and the adjoining area of Southeastern New Mexico covering an area approximately 250 miles wide and 300 miles long, and encompasses several sub-basins, including the Delaware Basin, Midland Basin, Central Basin Platform and Northwest Shelf. The San Andres Formation is a shelf margin deposit composed of dolomitized carbonates. Its acreage is primarily located on large contiguous blocks in Yoakum County, Texas, which represents its Champions Field and Eddy County, New Mexico.

RE: TENGASCOI Think you are missing the boat on TGC.  In the May 2008 issue of the Oil & Gas Financial Journal , TGC is listed as the 12th fastest growing oil and gas company with the 5th best in percentage return on assets.  They have increased revenue,  earnings,  and reserves for 3 straight years and 2008 will be 4.  Most of their oil production is in Kansas but TGC recently purchased a block in the Gulf of Mexico. They have a 65 mile gas pipeline in Tenn. and a new trash to gas methane project will be online by 3rd quarter 2008, so you not only get a fast growing oil company but green energy as well.  JMHO and do DD
