The only explanation I can offer is that people this side of the Atlantic seem more interested in taking immediate profits.

I don't believe arbitrage is possible, so it's not as though I can buy at $0.40 C in Toronto and sell in Oslo for $0.56 C.

The only benefit of the large volume and high prices in Oslo is the confidence they offer that TSU may really have a prospective well.
