The Company is exploring its 100% owned Big Sandy Porphyry Copper Project and the Perseverance Porphyry Copper Project. The Big Sandy project comprises approximately 5,733 acres of mineral tenures, including 256 federal lode mining claims and 3 State of Arizona Mineral Exploration Permits, which is located 30 kilometers south of Perseverance. The Perseverance project is located in northwestern Arizona, approximately 19 miles southeast of Kingman and 150 miles northwest of Phoenix. RE: Down the TubesIf you read Lineman's post carefully you will see that he has carefully hedged himself with words iike "I think", "perhaps" and "if it can be proven".  The law does indeed give you tools to protect your reputation but it also gives pretty wide leeway to opinions, as long as they are clearly identified as such.
But the point remains that in a time of record copper prices this management team has watched, with apparent disinterest, as the share price hit the bottom and started digging.
This is an excellent collection of assets-and the time is right-but the public perception of the company is obviously seriously misaligned with reality.  And management has to accept responsibility for that and take steps to correct it.
Remember, it was perception more than reality that sunk Bear Stearns.
