MacNeill, Steve Halabura and Alan Cruickshank. All the principals bring an extensive and broadly based skill set in

Geoscience, Capital Markets/Corporate Finance and Marketing. The principal team is dedicated to bringing high quality,

resource projects from early stage through the development stage.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Alan Cruickshank, President/ CEO

Alan has been in the financial service business for over 20 years as an Investment Advisor, Branch Manager, Vice

President Capital Markets and is presently the President of First Avenue Partners. Alan will serve as President and CEO

of NuCoal Energy Corp.

Since 1999, Alan has acted as agent for transactions totaling over $100 million and has completed a number of initial

public offerings and co-created 49 North Resource Fund.

Alan has a number of industry designations and has been active in the industry serving on the Investment Dealers

Association district council and was a national director of the Investment Industry Association of Canada.

Alan was born and raised in Foam Lake Saskatchewan.

Stephen P. Halabura P.Geo., Director

Steve attended the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon obtaining a B.Sc. in Geology (Honors) in 1980 and a M.Sc. in

Geology in 1983. Steve obtained his Professional Geoscientist designation in 1997 and is registered as a Professional

Geoscientist in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, and Alberta. In 1984 he founded

North Rim Exploration Ltd., a geoscience consulting company that continues to provide advisement in the areas of potash

and industrial minerals sectors, geology and engineering. Steve will serve as director and technical advisor to NuCoal.

Steve is directly involved in the petroleum business as founder, shareholder, and President of Prairie Hunter Energy

Corporation, a private oil exploration and development company presently active in south and central Saskatchewan.

Steve was born and raised in Cudworth, Saskatchewan.

Tom MacNeill

Tom is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of BEC International Corporation, a

position he has held since January, 1994. Tom is also the fund manager for 49 North Resource Fund.

BEC International Corporation is a Saskatoon, Saskatchewan based private company that manages pools of private capital

dedicated to resource exploration and development with emphasis on Canadian junior resource exploration opportunities

but with involvement in projects worldwide. 49 North Resource Fund is the only local flow-through fund in

Saskatchewan and is dedicated to the development of the resource industry in Western Canada. Tom assisted in the

financing of $100 million+ within the junior resource industry. Tom will serve as corporate and business strategic advisor

to NuCoal.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Economics) with a minor in geology and a Certified General

Accountant (CGA), he also completed the Canadian Securities Course (with Honours) in 1987 and is a Chartered

Financial Analyst (CFA). With over 20 years experience in resource investment and corporate finance, Mr. MacNeill's

work history includes positions as: investment advisor with a major Canadian brokerage firm, management accountant

within the mining industry, Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian trust corporation, as well as extensive resource portfolio

management.
